A former middle school spelling bee champion, TV commercial actress, professional chef, and substitute teacher, Heather Davis found her true calling when she began writing book-length fiction.

In 2006, after finalling three times in the Golden Heart contest, Heather won the award for Best Young Adult Romance for her manuscript Do You Really Want to Haunt Me? That fall she sold her very next YA manuscript to HarperCollins Childrens. NEVER CRY WEREWOLF will be an April 2009 hardcover release.

A graduate of The Evergreen State College, Heather makes her home in the Pacific Northwest, mythical home of American werewolves.
